         Deze opdracht beoogt de aanstelling van een Commissaris-Revisor.

         De opdracht bestaat uit 2 onderdelen, zijnde:

         1/ Controlewerkzaamheden n.a.v. de jaarrekening. Naast de wettelijke bepaalde revisorale rapportering m.b.t. de controle van het boekjaar dient de commissaris-revisor op basis van gerichte controles te rapporteren over de administratieve organisatie en haar werking. De vaststellingen die hierbij gedaan worden kunnen vertaald worden in aanbevelingen met als doel de organisatie verder te optimaliseren. Er dient ook voorzien te worden in een follow-up van deze aanbevelingen.

         2/ Uitvoering van punctuele projectaudits over verantwoording en verantwoordingsstukken betrekking hebbende op onderzoeks-en onderwijsprojecten. Bovendien dient een jaarlijkse globale reconciliatie te gebeuren m.b.t. de FWO – projecten.
