         Le présent marché vise un accord-cadre pour l"acquisition, selon les spécifications et conditions du présent cahier spécial des charges, de matériel réseau Cisco et de matériel sécurité réseau Cisco. Les services de consultance nécessaires à l"installation du matériel acquis font également partie du marché.

         Le soumissionnaire offrira la maintenance et le support pour le matériel acquis dans le cadre de cet accord, et ce pour une durée de 3 ans à partir de l"achat du matériel.

         Le choix du matériel est lié à des contraintes de compatibilité avec l"existant, d"homogénéité et d"efficacité (partage / centralisation des outils de gestion et de supervision), de productivité, de maintenance et de personnel technique qualifié.
