         На основание чл. 30, ал. 1 от ППЗОП участникът може да подава оферти за една, няколко или всички номенклатурни единици в обособената позиция. Предлаганите лабораторни реактиви и консумативи трябва да отговорят на изискванията на Закона за медицинските изделия. Да се представят: доказателство за съответствие на оферираните лабораторни реактиви и консумативи, медицински изделия с СЕ марка съгласно Закона за медицинските изделия – валидна декларация за съответствие с СЕ марка, издадена от производителя или упълномощен представител, и валиден сертификат за СЕ марка издаден от нотифициран орган. Участникът трябва да посочи за коя номенклатурна единица се отнася съответният документ, както и инструкции за употреба на лабораторните реактиви. Количествата на лабораторни реактиви и консумативи и радиоактивни лекарствени продукти, радионуклеидни генератори и китове, посочени в Приложение № 1 към документацията, са предвидени за нуждите на „УМБАЛ Д-р Георги Странски” ЕАД – Плевен за срок от 24 часа.
