         При изпълнение на поръчката следва да се извърши:1. Обследването за енергийна ефективност на сгради ;2.Обследването за енергийна ефективност на системи за външно изкуствено осветление ;3. Обследването за енергийна ефективност на промишлени системи ;4. Проверката за енергийна ефективност на водогрейни котли и климатични инсталации включва: идентификация, визуална проверка, оценка на поддръжката, проверка на функционалността на работата, оценка на състоянието на средствата за измерване, контрол и автоматично регулиране, оценка на енергийните характеристики, съставяне доклад за резултатите.;5. Изготвяне оценка за съответствието на инвестиционните проекти на общински сгради с изискванията на нормативната уредба за осигуряване на съществените изисквания за енергийна ефективност и оформянето й в доклад.;6. Изготвяне оценка на енергийните спестявания вследствие на въведени мерки за повишаване на енергийната ефективност в сгради, с цел издаване удостоверение за енергийни спестявания от АУЕР.
