Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the design, construction, refurbishment and upgrade of existing building facility and installation of sweet potato yoghurt processing machinery for Kgarose Kgaros Pty Ltd at Seshego Industrial Park. Scope of work: The Contractor shall be appointed for this Turnkey Project implementation, Design and Construction: 1. Prepare detailed designs and submit them to the relevant institutions to obtain the necessary approvals, 2. Renovate and modify the facility to meet food processing standards. This includes constructing internal partitions (for ablution facilities, kitchen, storerooms, and working areas), repairing the roof, installing floor drains and a sewer system, paving the driveway, constructing water treatment and storage systems, cold rooms, facility air conditioning system, installing backup power systems, erecting fencing, establishing a mini outlet shop, and installing sweet potato yoghurt processing machinery, 3. The yoghurt processing equipment/machinery will include and not limited to the following to achieve the daily production of approximately 11,500 units of 500g yoghurt: • Cooker/Blender Tank with Dimple Jacket, • Insulated Batch Pasteurizer with Dimple Jacket, • Single-Shell Flavouring Tank, • Single-Shell Juice Mixing Tank, • Metal Detector, • Fully Automatic Rotary Filler, • Steam Boiler.
