        Location 1: The proposed territory for the construction of the new school building is located in Tbilisi on Nutsubidze plato 4th Mkr (Cadastral Code: 01.14.02.007.013) on the site of the existing Public School No. 102.

        Location 2: The proposed territory for the construction of the new school building is located in Tbilisi on #19 Tsotsne Dadiani Street (Cadastral Code: 01.16.02.020.009). The new school building should be constructed on the area of the demolished old building.

        The scope of works consists from the following stages: I stage – Preparation of detailed design; II stage – Project approval and Construction permit; III Stage – Construction Works. The estimated duration of works for both schools is 33 months, including: Compilation of design documentation - 5 months; Construction works - 16 months; Defects Liability Period – 12 months.

        School N102 - The new school building will serve 230 children with special needs, most of them having severe mental disorders and need the different school environment along with a standard school model. The school will be responsible for day care services for children with disabilities and managing resource center for teacher professional and parent development activities.

        School N4 - Expected number of the students for the new school building should be 900 students in one shift.

        Georgia has received a loan from the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) in an amount in equivalent to EURO 14 000 000 toward the cost of Rehabilitation of Public Schools in Tbilisi and Increasing Energy Efficiency (Framework Loan Agreement No. LD 1885), and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under this contract.
