         Alle Kapitel- u. Anlagenverweise beziehen sich auf die Vergabeunterlage (VU): Diese Vergabe dient dazu, den Betrieb des SharePoints zu gewährleisten und weiter zu entwickeln. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen werden in Kapitel 2 der Vergabeunterlage genauer spezifiziert. Über die Basis-Vertragslaufzeit von vierundzwanzig (24) Monaten kann für Leistungen im Rahmen des Betriebs und Supports und Projektleistungen auf Tagespauschalpreisbasis (vgl. Kapitel 2.2.1 und Kapitel 2.2.2) von einem Auftragsvolumen von mind. 2 200 PT und max. 3 980 PT ausgegangen werden (siehe Verteilung dieser PT auf die einzelnen Rollen im Kap. 1.3.3). Macht der Auftraggeber nach der Basisvertragslaufzeit nicht von seinem Kündigungsrecht Gebrauch, kann in der Verlängerungslaufzeit (siehe Kapitel 1.5.5) von einem Volumen pro Jahr von mindestens 580 Tagen und maximal 1 940 Tagen ausgegangen werden.
