         Schadstoffsanierung und Teilentkernung des Mensagebäudes Leopoldstraße 13, im laufenden Betrieb.

         Umfang:

         — Entkernung und Entsorgung Einbauten, Kühl-, Lüftungs- und Heizungstechnik, sonstige Technik gem. Vorgaben Fachbauleitung,

         — Teilabbruch-/Durchbruch Mauerwerkswände bis 36,5 und Deckendurchbrüche Stahlbeton bis 25 cm gem. Vorgaben Fachbauleitung,

         — Schadstoffsanierung und –entsorgung asbesthaltiger Bauteile (Asbestzementplatten 1 510 m2, Asbesthaltige Heizkörper 84 St., Asbestschnur Lüftungskanäle 35 m, Rohrleitungsflansche 50 St., Brandschutztüren/-tore 21 St., Asbestzementrohre 450 m) gem. TRGS 519 (Abschottung, Schleusentechnik, Reinigung, etc.),

         — Schadstoffsanierung und –entsorgung Mineralwollprodukte (Dämmmatten Decke 1 250 m2, Akustikpaneele 3 500 m, Dämmung Lüftungskanäle 1 200 m2/Leitungen 950 m, Auskleidung Fassade/Fenster 70 m2,Trittschalldämmung unter Fliesen/Estrich 2 200 m2) gem. TRGS 521 (Abschottung, Schleusentechnik, Reinigung, etc.),

         — Schadstoffsanierung und –entsorgung PCB – Produkte (Gebäudefuge 1 250 m, Verschlussmaterial 220 m)gem. PCB – Richtlinie,

         — Schadstoffsanierung und –entsorgung PAK – Produkte (PAK – Anstrich 1 050 m2),

         — Entsorgung Asbest ca. 50 t,

         — Entsorgung KMF ca. 25 t,

         — Entsorgung PCB ca. 5 t,
