         Der Freistaat Sachsen plant den Neubau eines Laborgebäudes für das Kriminalwissenschaftliche und -technische Institutes (KTI) des Landeskriminalamtes Sachsen auf dem Standort Neuländer Straße 60 in 01129 Dresden. Um die Arbeitsweise zu verbessern und Synergien durch die gemeinsame Nutzung von Speziallaboren, technischen Geräten, Sondergasen usw. zu schaffen, sollen alle Abteilungen des KTI konzentriert in diesem Neubau auf der Liegenschaft untergebracht werden. Das neu zu errichtende Laborgebäude (S1 und S2-Labore) soll nachhaltig errichtet und im Standard „Gold“ des Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) in der Systemvariante BNB-LN 2014 (Neubau Laborgebäude) zertifiziert werden.

         Der genehmigte Flächenbedarf beträgt 4 737 m2 NFa 1-6 und 153 m2 NFa7. Weitergehende Informationen finden Sie in den Vergabeunterlagen, welche in dem Punkt I.3) genannten Link zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
