         Neubau eines Ortsteilzentrums bestehend aus Platz, Innenhof und drei Mietwohngebäuden (mit gewerblicher Nutzung im Erdgeschoss) über gemeinsamer Tiefgarage. Insgesamt 58 Wohneinheiten auf ca. 4 300 m2 Wohnfläche und 9 Gewerbeeinheiten auf ca. 1 250 m2.

         Tragkonstruktion aus Stahlbetonstützen und -wänden sowie aus Mauerwerkswänden und Stahlbetondecken. Monolithische Außenwandkonstruktion der Zeilenbauten aus Poroton-Leichtziegel 42,5 cm. Laubenganghaus aus Stahlbeton und WDVS. Ausschließlich Flachdächer als Stahlbeton-Dachdecken mit extensiver Begrünung.
