Re-advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to fault find, repair, replace, monitor and maintain the Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) for a period of three (3) years. Scope: The service provider should conducts preventative and corrective maintenance on the following but not limited to: - Regular system checks and cleaning of hardware; - Firmware updates and upgrades; - Battery backup testing; - Scheduled preventative maintenance visits with details of tasks to be performed; - Troubleshooting and resolving system faults; - Repairing faulty components (e.g. handsets, network cards, power supplies, etc); - Remote troubleshooting via remote access tools (if applicable); - Provide 24-hour emergency in-house support. The PABX system must provide the following: - Generate a report that record duration of both incoming and outgoing calls (i.e. monthly usage); - Generate a report that indicate the frequency of outgoing calls; - Voicemail; - Transfer calls; - Follow me extension (diverting extension calls to cell phones when out of office and be able to call via extension from the cellphone).
