Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Video Production - Tshwane Liberation route profiles Feb - March 2023. Specifications: 1. 10 x promotional videos, filmed at various locations, profiling of the mentioned City of Tshwane tourism sites/attraction: The video production services must include the following: - Format: HD promotional videos filmed on location: Please note: The promotional videos will be utilised for Television, Web and Social Media purposes. The final edited versions of the videos need to TV broadcast ready. - Duration of Length: minimum 1:30 maximum 2 minutes long. - Target audience: Domestic and International tourists. - Script writing and treatment Services: the appointed service provide must be able to conduct visits to the identifies sites for the purpose of drafting scripts and treatment prior to filming. Scripts should be in English. Please note: Scripts and treatment will be assessed and signed off by the Department of tourism prior to filming. - Voice over services: Voice overs are that provide a narrative for the visuals. The voice overs should be in English: Please note: The voice over artists that are utilised should reflect the gender and cultural diversity of our country. - Subtitles: Subtitles must be provided in all in English. 2. 10 x edited versions of the original videos to incorporate voice overs and Subtitles in the isiZulu language: The appointed service provider must be able provide the following: - Translation services: the appointed service provide must be able to translate the original English script into the isiZulu language. Please note: Scripts will be assessed and signed off by the Department of tourism prior to use. - Voice over services: Voice overs are that provide a narrative for the visuals. The voice overs should be in the isiZulu language. Please note: The voice over artists that are utilised should reflect the gender and cultural diversity of our country. - Subtitles: Subtitles must be provided in all in isiZulu in all the versions of the promotional videos. 3. 10 x Edited versions of the original to incorporate voice overs and Subtitles in the Sesotho language: The appointed service provider must be able provide the following: - Translation services: the appointed service provide must be able to translate the original English script into Sesotho language. Please note: Scripts will be assessed and signed off by the Department of tourism prior to use. - Voice over services: Voice overs are that provide a narrative for the visuals. The voice overs should be in the Sesotho language. Please note: The voice over artists that are utilised should reflect the gender and cultural diversity of our country. - Subtitles: Subtitles must be provided in all in Sesotho in all the versions of the promotional videos.
