Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a panel of framework contract for the provision of photographic and videography services for a period of three (3) years (as and when required). Scope: Photographic Services: INSETA seeks to appoint a professional photographer who will take good-quality pictures at INSETA functions: - The photographer must be available for either a half-day or full-day session on different dates to be advised by INSETA as and when the services will be required. - There is no work guarantee, but on average, INSETA has two functions a month. - Only high-resolution pictures, day or night, indoor or outdoor setups will be required. - Photos must be burned onto a CD and be delivered at the INSETA offices preferably three (3) working days after each event date. - Each function is unique therefore required equipment will be specified for shots on camera of full lighting, high-resolution pictures, day or night, and indoor or outdoor setups. Videography Services: INSETA seeks to appoint a professional videographer who will do the following at INSETA functions; - Attend INSETA events as and when required. Events take place in all nine (9) provinces; - Capture end-to-end the event proceedings using INSETA’s preferred Online Streaming Platform were applicable; - Provision on the Internet for Streaming events online; - Provision of Monitors (Visual and Audio) for panel members for Couch set-up events; - Create 60 minutes edited video encapsulating the proceedings of the event; - Create social media edited post-event clips – minimum of 2 on approval by INSETA; - All raw footage is to be stored in the external hard drive and supplied back to INSETA at no additional cost; - Professional video lighting for the office setup; - Professional sound recorders; - Editing and sound mixing software; - Materials and tapes stocks (raw footage and edited). Post Production: - Editing of video footage including the addition of narration & music of raw footage for video production and postproduction and including multimedia manipulation; - Translation & subtitling of media pieces where applicable; - Finalisation of the video material (Colour & sound correction and any other graphical effects/additions needed) in the best format to be used online and another format for use on other media outlets; - Transferring video footage to DVDs for distribution to stakeholders including Artwork on discs and placement in plastic sleeves.
