Accordingly, and prior to any contract award, IÉ will undertake an audit of the preferred bidders organisation to verify and substantiate any information provided under ‘Quality Management’ as part of their pre-qualification application.
The Contract will require a designated engineering/technical resource to be available to IÉ both inside and outside of normal business hours to ensure that a consistent service delivery is maintained.
The Contract will require a weekly site visit to each of IÉ’s engineering locations by its nominated technical resource to monitor the supply chain and to provide regular feedback to IÉ. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year at the discretion of IÉ.
Option to extend contract by a period of 1 year.
