         Le marché vise à soutenir la réforme du secteur de l’éducation et de la formation au Maroc via la mise à disposition d’un assistance technique principale et non principale. Ce marché prévoit aussi plusieurs actions en forfaitaire avec des livrables et rendus pré identifiés.

         A titre indicatif, le marché inclura des prestations dans des domaines de : la planification stratégique des politiques publiques d’éducation et la formation, la programmation budgétaire pluriannuelle, la contractualisation multi-niveaux, la professionnalisation des acteurs, la communication institutionnelle, le développement de système d"information intégré.

         Des activités seront prévues tant au niveau national que dans quelques régions pilotes.
