Re-advertisement of Contract Number: RFQ/SS/2024-25/34: Formal Written Price Quotations are invited for the Organized Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Training for 90-Liter Capacity Vertical Laboratory Autoclave (Steam Sterilizer). Specifications: • Temperature range - 105°C-135°C; • Chamber volume - 90 Litres; • Chamber materials - stainless steel; • 2 Baskets; • Pre-set programs - min 1 for liquids and min 2 for solid materials; • Flexible temperature sensor to measure temperature of the liquid/media directly during the sterilization cycle; • Second temperature sensor active for solid load sterilization; • Controlled steam discharge by fractionated exhaust; • Programmable exhaust rate against sudden temperature and pressure drops for sensitive materials such as glass; • LCD display for maximum information functionality; • Password protected menu to secure run parameters and data; • Pre-set programs which guarantee safe sterilization for liquid and solid materials; • Delayed start function with real time which allows users to set the preferred starting time; • SANS Certification - mandatory pressure test as required regulation; • Two-year warranty. Traceability and storage: • Operating parameters can be tracked graphically against time; • Storage data capacity that can store the detailed records of more than 200 cycles; • USB port to transfer the operated cycles in the storage memory to the USB; • Ethernet port for remote access allowing access to operating parameters, failure history and other technical functionalities. Safety features: • Password protected control system, service and calibration menu; • Lid safety system - the equipment must not be capable of operating when the lid is open, the lid must not open when the chamber is pressurized, the lid may only open when the temperature decreases to 80°C for liquid material and 90°C for solid material after sterilization; • Comprehensive self-diagnostic system to provide the information regarding possible system malfunction. The self-diagnostic system shall warn users in case of, but not limited to, broken temperature sensors, heater failure, low temperature, overpressure, exhaust tank failure, lack of water and high preheating temperature; • Colour of the display changes to red in case of any alarm condition along with an audible alarm; • Option of sending e-mails to at-least two e-mail addresses with the details of failure; • Safety valve against over pressure; • Manometer to follow the chamber pressure.
