Re-Advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for maintenance & fire safety system servicing. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: • Conduct a system check to verify wiring and programming of the fire alarm panel and service box, • Ensure there are no errors on the system and resolve any identified issues, • Inspect and maintain loop and panel sounders for proper operation, • Clean all smoke detectors, heat detectors (if applicable), and manual call points, • Clean all siren strobe lights, • Replacing batteries in detectors (if applicable), • Testing, servicing and maintenance of sprinkler heads and pipes leaks, corrosion, or damage, • Safely remove and dispose of damaged fire doors, • Supply and install new Class A fire doors with push bars, • Fire hose reels and fire hydrant, • Fire extinguishers, • Suppression gas cylinders.
