Scope of work: The requirements include: • The facilitator should have a great understanding of the rapidly developing digital environment to which client has to respond to regarding digital skills development; • Provision of advice to the Board on the strategic planning process to be followed; • Apply tested methodologies successfully used in the strategic planning process for state owned entities; • Facilitation of the Strategic Planning Session, including breakaway and plenary sessions; • Preparation of the Strategic Planning Report in line with client requirements and timelines; • Development of an Annual Performance Plan (APP) and establishing smart goals and output indicators with defined time frames, and assist in the development of an action plan to achieve these; • Re-emphasizing the strategic intent of the Institute; • Provide orchestration of the discussions per topic in the session and summarise with clear next steps (Development of an action log for client Board). • Capture notes and input from all participants at the Strategic Planning Session; • Support the Board as it develops comprehensive performance indicators that will equip the organisation to track, monitor, and review progress against targets. This branding must be removed once the vehicle is no longer in use.
