Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Provision of hire 12 x 3m park home for 8 months. The purpose of the scope of work is to source a bidder to render a services of leased ten (12) x 12m x 3m park home at Transnet Port Terminals Pier 1 & 2 Container Terminal for the period of eight (8) months. The service shall include: • Provision of park home as per specification; • Maintenance and repairs of park home for the duration of the contract; • Provision and installation of all required spared during repairs and maintenance for the duration of the contract. Estimated measurement: • Park home size 12m x 3m park homes. Material to be used (but not limited to service provider’s advice as a subject matter expects): • Wall: Chromadek wall painted in white; • Flooring: Normal industrial flooring; • 2 x Door Chromadek; • 2 x windows (sliding) (900 x 1200) with tinted and 3 vertical blinds; • 1 x Light switch; • 3 x Single fluorescent tube; • Skirting for electric wires; • 2 x single plug (two each side); • 220 DB board; • COC certificate for park homes electrical connection (by competent person); • 1 x isolated air conditioner; • 2 x step; • 2 door cupboard with one sink basin; • 1 x 10L hydroboil; • 1 x Serviced fire extinguisher with the signage (each park home); • 1 x Sanitizer dispenser (each parkhome); • Exit signage (each park home) requirements.
