Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Provision of Fire and Rescue Services at Arnot Power Station for a Duration of Five (05) Years. Scope: Rendering of fire emergency services 24/7 and the team will be responsible for the provision of the following service: - Fire and rescue service onsite and as per the service level agreements between Eskom and other external stakeholders; - Fire prevention activities (inspections, fire awareness and peer education, etc); - Perform special services (assist with clinker removal, lashing activities); - Compile incident reports and assist with incident investigations (fire and rescue). Coordinate and control the maintenance of firefighting and rescue equipment; - Ensure availability and reliability of firefighting equipment; - Supply and deliver 40 Proto-team full firefighting gear (PPE), as and when required; - Report to the fire risk management personnel.
