Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Supply and Installation of Canopies for the Volkswagen Transporter double cab long wheel base to the CSIR. Specifications: Two (2) metal canopy’s with roof rack is required for a Volkswagen Transporter double Cab long wheel base. One is required in the Western Cape (Stellenbosch) and one is required in Gauteng (Pretoria): • Powder coated metal frame; • Two lockable powder coated doors on each side, gas strud supported, no windows; • Glass window by cab; • Glass window by lockable powder coated back door, one way tinted. Smash and grab; • Roof rack for 120kg, Flat on top. Same size as canopy; • Supporting legs on all four corners to carry the weight of the canopy as well as the roof rack for 120kg. The side and back drop sides of the vehicle must still be able to be opened without removal of the canopy.
