Formal written price quotations are hereby invited for the removal of bees in the municipality area, (prices to be valid until 30 June 2025). Scope of works: Bees at Parks and Sport Facilities: • Beehives in irrigation boxes in the ground; • Beehives inside post and rail fences; • Beehives inside fence and gate poles; • Beehives in flood lights (some sport fields have very high flood light); • Beehives in sports equipment and sports towers. Trees: • Beehive underneath the stump of the tree between the roots; • Beehives in holes in tree stumps and trunks; • Beehives in the tree branches. Underground utility services: • Beehives in drains under sewerage manholes; • Beehives in storm water pipes; • Beehives in storm water drains and under manholes; • Inside water meters above ground. Electrical Infrastructure: • Beehives inside lamp poles; • Beehives on the top of lamp poles; • Beehives in an electrical meter box; • Beehives in or underneath a mini substation or transformer; • Beehives in robot poles/robots; • Beehives inside the poles of traffic signage.
