Quotations are hereby invited for a service provider to service and maintain water coolers; supply and deliver drinking water (refills) for the coolers at the three premises of the national archives and records service of South Africa for a period of three months. Specifications: a) Water coolers to be serviced once a month, and as and when required more than once a month if the need arises; b) Replacement of parts as and when the water coolers malfunction/faulty/not working. Water coolers to be service before water bottles can be placed on them during the first supply of water refills: • National Archives and Records Service of South Africa (NARSSA), 24 Hamilton Street, Arcadia, Pretoria = 12 water coolers; • National Film Video and Sound Archives of South Africa (NFVSA), 698 Stanza Bopape Street, Arcadia, Pretoria = 4 water coolers; • Old Library Building (OLB), 239 Madiba Street, Pretoria Central = 4 Water Coolers. Monthly supply of water (collect, refill and deliver refilled water bottles): c) The service provider must collect empty water bottles, refill and deliver refilled water bottles twice a month as follows: • National Archives and Records Service of South Africa, (NARSSA), 24 Hamilton Street, Arcadia, Pretoria: 100 x 20 litres water bottles refills monthly for three months; • National Film Video and Sound Archives, (NFVSA), 698 Stanza Bopape Street, Arcadia, Pretoria: 50 x 20 litres water bottles refills monthly for a period of three months; • Old Library Building (OLB), 239 Madiba Street, Pretoria Central: 50 x 20 litres water bottles refills, monthly for three months; d) The quotations must also include possible replacement of parts of the water coolers during the contract. Important note: The service provider to also notes that the arrangement for delivery of water to be twice a month, by splitting the monthly quantities into halves to make up the total by the end of the month.
