Quotations are hereby invited for the design, supply, delivery, removal, installation and commissioning of center point junction boxes at Berth 804 and 801. Specifications: - Design, supply, install and commission 11kV electrical enclosure (junction box) for the Elmec 01, CNBM and Mantakraf loaders center points; - The Contractor shall supply stainless steel glands; - The Contractor shall perform termination of both cable coming from the substation (XLPE) and the cable coming from the machine cable (Protolon); - The Contractor to provide their own lugs and crimping equipment; - The electrical enclosure box (Junction box) shall be rigidly mounted on a cement slab; - The Contractor shall provide have their own tools to perform the work, i.e. jackhammer or concrete cutting tools; - The electrical enclosure box (Junction box) shall have notices, high voltage warning labels, and colour-coded phases; - The electrical enclosure box (Junction box) shall have provision for locking using a padlock.
