Specifications: The appointed service provider is expected to carry out the following work: - Survey the Site, and Design the Electrical, Civil and Mechanical engineering Components required to deploy the generator on site; - Procure, Deliver, Install and commission the Generator and Associated, Cabling, Cable racking, Conduits, and other material requirements. Compliance to specification NE-NTSP0097 required which include a new plinth and suitably rated automatic transfer switch; - Install an 60kVA Diesel Stand-by Generator and all Associated Equipment and Compliance Certification. Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to provide electronic asset verification services for their property, plant, and equipment assets over a 5-month period. Scope of work • Verify the existence and condition of property, plant, and equipment at all Client sites including storage areas; • Ensure all assets are tagged and recorded accurately in our asset management system. Barcodes will be provided by the Client; • Assist with investigation of unverified assets; • Count assets in each location and record the total number of assets; • Identify Assets with duplicate barcodes and report to Client Asset management; • Mark all assets verified to segregate from those not yet verified; • Assist with segregation of obsolete and redundant so that these can be easily identified and placed in dedicated area wherever possible for action in the future; • Match the assets physically verified with the Client Fixed Asset Register, via unique number (barcode or serial number) and indicate as verified; • Identify assets not found and revisit sites where needed to find outstanding assets. • Identify those assets physically verified but not found in the list so that these can be easily identified and included in the FA register; • Update asset information such description, location, cost centre and custodian where needed; • Provide inventory lists per area; • Do a condition assessment on non-technical assets (Furniture and office equipment); • Provide a detailed report of findings, including any discrepancies and recommendations for reconciliation.
