Bids are invited from experienced and suitably qualified valuers for the compilation and maintenance of the valuation roll and supplementary valuation rolls as well as the supply of other valuation related services in compliance with the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 MPRA (Act No. 6 of 2004) for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2029: Procurement of private property valuers. The successful bidder will be required to include the pre-requisites to conduct the 2024 General Valuation cycle as follows: - Draw up a valuation report for certification before compilation a Valuation Roll; - Certification of Valuation Roll in terms of Section 49 of the MPRA; - Consideration of objections in terms of Section 49 of the MPRA; - Attending Appeal Board Hearings, Reviews in terms of Sections 52 and 53 of the MPRA.
