The attendees will be seated at the chairs where they will be able to view the stage programme, the service provider will need to provide the following services including but not limited to: 1. Entertainment: • A music and dance performances in between speeches of the programme; • Artist, group or choir will be required to entertain the guests during breaks as per the programme – the service provider will be required to work with the identified City representative to ensure smooth running of the programme. During this period the installation will be inspected, and the bidder shall make good to the satisfaction of the NLC any defects which may arise. • The bidder shall provide all instruments and equipment required for testing and, power required for the commissioning and testing of the installation upon completion. • Test reports to be submitted to NLC. - Only registered and NRS097 approved inverters must be used in all installation. - An electrical engineer designed and signed off drawings must be made available to the NLC upon completion of the works inclusive of the following: • Invertor NRS097 certificate of approval. • Invertor/ Battery manufacture approved compatibility document. • Solar Panels mounting rails compliance certificates. • Solar panels, invertor, and battery warranty documents.
