SANAS invites qualified suitable service providers to submit proposals for the development and roll-out of the digital media campaign management and monitoring support that will cover, but not limited to: 1. Brand perception audit and strategy development: • Conduct a comprehensive brand perception audit using the advanced digital media analytics tools. Use insights to develop materials for campaigns focusing on current discussion topics. 2. Brand usage review and research: • Conduct a thorough review of the SANAS brand"s usage, application, and consistency across platforms. Identify successes, challenges, and potential areas for improvement. 3. Digital media engagement strategy: • Conduct research on the behavioral patterns of digital media users and utilise digital analytics to inform a robust digital media engagement strategy. Create hype, talkability and brand awareness. 4. Digital media monitoring and response management: • Implement a proactive digital media monitoring strategy to identify potential trouble spots and negative attitudes. Ensure timely and situation-appropriate responses to comments on digital media platforms. 5. Digital media analysis reports: • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital media analysis reports.
