Expression of Interest are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a panel of investigators. The process of investigations would amongst others entail the following: - A thorough working knowledge of the SACPCMP Code of Conduct; - Contact with the relevant parties i.e. complainant, respondent and or witnesses; - Gather as much information/evidence as possible from complainant, respondent, and witness; - Analysis and evaluation of evidence, its probability, weight and relevance; - Regular updates to the Investigation Committee regarding the findings; - Research on any necessary technical information; - Cost estimate of the damage involved; - Production of reports upon completion of the investigations. The duration of the appointment shall run concurrently with the term of office of the Investigation Committee, subject to satisfactory performance.
