Ushaka Marine World invites eligible and accredited service providers to submit a written quotation on their official letter head for the following: QNAP Raid Rebuild. The QNAP drive is faulty and needs to be rebuilt. Scope: - Supply and deliver 10TB USB desktop; - Backup drive that will be retained by uShaka; - Backup the data from QNAP drive to external storage; - Verify the backup was successful; - Delete existing static volume on the QNAP drive; - Replace unhealthy disk 7 (disk will be provided by uShaka); - Create new RAID 5 array; - Restore the backup data from the external storage; - Monitor the daily Veeam backup for 48 hours after the rebuild to confirm backups are running successfully and there are no drive errors.
