The Electoral Commission of South Africa (The Electoral Commission) requires a printed pocket-size booklet for the Principles and Guidelines for the use of digital and social media in elections in Africa adopted by the Association of African Electoral Authorities (AAEA) General Assembly in November 2023. This pocket-size booklet will contain the Principles and Guidelines written in four of the African Union (AU) languages, namely, Arabic, English, French and Portuguese. Specifications: The content of the booklet must include: - The Arabic version of the Principles and Guidelines; - The English version of the Principles and Guidelines; - The French version of the Principles and Guidelines; - The Portuguese version of the Principles and Guidelines; - Booklet Size: 140mm x 105mm; - Paper-Cover: 230 gsm, Sinar board, smooth; - Font type: Arial; - Paper-Text: 70 gsm, bond, smooth; - Print & Finish: Cover printed CMYK front; - Matt laminated one side only; - Text printed in black throughout; - Folded, gathered, thread sewn, drawn on covers; - The number of pages for each of the language versions is between 38-40 pages (Arial 12 font, one and half spacing).
