Quotations/proposals are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a service provider for training on implementation of Arbutus Server Based Data Analytics Solution. The purpose is to invite service providers to provide training on implementation of Arbutus server based analytics solution. The expected outcome is automated analytics where departmental systems raw data is deposited into Arbutus server for the purpose of getting direct and real time access to departmental data sources. Service requirements: a) Server configurations and data mapping: • Server management and troubleshooting; • Create shared folders data dumping environment; • Create direct link to data sources (ADABAS, oracle, SQL, DB2 databases); • Schedule and automate recurring data extraction and dumping; b) Data analysis: • Create simple to complex data queries/scripts to detect anomalies and control failures; • Schedule and automate recurring tests; • Create centralized script hub per system related objectives; c) Data visualization: • Create standard dashboards on graphs, charts and exceptions statistics; d) Automate reporting dashboards: • Assign exceptions across business stakeholders; • Create centralized view of results; • Automated email notifications of exceptions. Scope: SANSA requires a service provider to supply catering and related services for a period of 12 months. The majority of the catering and related services will be required at the Hermanus site for events such as: • Training courses, • School Visits, • Workshops, • Stakeholder Events, • VIP Events. Some of the catering services will be required at other surrounding sites such as: • Houwteq (45 KMs from SANSA SS Hermanus), • Various areas within the Western Cape, • Should the required sites be outside the radius of where the supplier is able to cater themselves, they may make use of other local caterers in the respective areas. However, the service provider should ensure the same quality of service is delivered.
