Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Transformer maintenance at SFF Milnerton. Scope of work: - Electrical contractor to do Major Service on our 12 x transformer. Transformer sizes are as follow: • 8 x 25kva = approximate litres = 168 litres; • 2 x 100 Kva = Approximate -322,7 litres; • 1 x 315Kva Approximate = 415 liters; • 1 x 300Kva = Approximate litres - 390 liters. Service include: • Test oil and provide oil report for each transformer, test must be done in accordance with transformer regulation. • Replace oil where oil do not meet the standard. • Refill Lower oil level with certified oil batch 3380532. • Check mechanical cooling system. • Check bushing of the transformer for cracks. • Replace gauge glass where necessary. • Replace breather oil where necessary. • Re-torque MV and LV bushing. • Apply Denso tape. • Clean transformer. • All label be done according to standard.
