Quotations are hereby requested for the following: Provide newsletter for two quarters. Newsletter Specifications for 3rd and 4th Quarters 2023/24: • Designs and layout, • Interviews, • Editing stories, • Photography, • Translating, • Printing, • Delivery, • Electronic copy of newsletter, • Printed on glossy paper, • Printed on A3 size, • Print material weight is 170-300gsm. NB Service provider must avail himself or herself to take photos and doing interviews in all municipal activities which need to be covered on the newsletter. You are also notified that some of the municipal events are of the short notice in such a way that some of them are known on the day. Such short notices should not be an excuse for not coming to cover the activity. Be prepared to drive to all 14 municipal wards as events take place in different wards. The newsletter should be comprised of eight colour pages and 24 000 copies per quarter, of which 16 000 will be in isiZulu and 8 000 in English. The total number of copies for two quarters is 48 000. The contract will cover only two quarters. Third quarter starts from 1 January 2024 and submission to be on 25 March 2024.
