Scope: The properties to be searched are 1020 erven including farm portions, the properties are all municipal land. Bidders should note that these properties are spread across the municipal jurisdictions or Townships. The Successful bidder will be expected to do the following: a) Link the diagram to the City’s cadastral data to identify the updated Erf of the property. b) Calculate the Extent of the property in m2. c) Collect GPS co-ordinates. d) Conduct a Deeds Search on each property and return the result in the POE. e) Physically inspect the property. f) Identify possible encroachment on each property. g) Determine the beacons on the property. h) Confirm the correct zoning of the property. i) Submit the result as POE on each property to the Asset Office.
