         Anbudsinbjudan.

         Karlskrona kommun inbjuder till att lämna anbud avseende Utbildningsinsatser för Kunskapsförvaltningens personal.

         Målsättningen är att projektet ska utgöra starten på ett långsiktigt arbete med fokus på kärnprocessen – själva lärandet.

         Detta för att kunna möta framtidens utmaningar och säkerställa en god kvalité i våra verksamheter och samtidigt bidra till en positiv utveckling av förvaltningens arbete med att vara en attraktiv arbetsgivare.

         Omfattning av uppdraget.

         Kunskapsförvaltningen ansvarar för den kommunala skolverksamheten från förskola till gymnasieskola.

         Kunskapsförvaltningen ska påbörja ett arbete med fokus på kärnprocessen – själva lärandet. För att kunna genomföra en sådan utbildningsprocess krävs det extern hjälp.

         Uppdraget omfattar konsulttjänster för att driva och genomföra projektet för framtagande av processer och fokusområden.

         Antal enheter som ska involveras är ca 78 stycken.

         Antal pedagoger som ska involveras är ca 1500 stycken.

         Antal skolledare som ska involveras är ca 70 stycken.
