Re-Advertisement: Amendment to Closing Time and Addition of Submission Details. The City of Joburg Property Company (SOC) Ltd hereby invites interested service providers to submit proposals for Provision of a holistic (extensive) facilities management services at Rea Vaya (Bus Rapid Transit) system Phase 1A and 1B of Rea Vaya Stations, for a period of three (03) years on behalf of City of Joburg Property Company SOC Ltd (JPC): • Phase 1A Rea Vaya Stations (30 Stations and 1 Interchange); • Phase 1B Rea Vaya Stations (18 Stations and 1 Operational Control Centre). Scope: A - Preventative planned maintenance: Planned work with scheduled start date and end date week, monthly and annually: • Provide trained and skilled staff in achieving all contract specifications; • Provide all project staff with appropriate Uniform and safety equipment; • Ensure full compliance with OHS Act standards and advise accordingly; • Adhere to internal all policies and procedures; • Maintain a technical library on site; • Provide a business continuity and disaster recovery management plan; • Provide a risk assessment for all tasks; • Prepare Helpdesk Centre procedures; • Complete and file Job Cards for all tasks completed monthly for submissions; • Log all FM emergency calls and escalate to appropriate service provider; • Communicate updates to customers with appropriate information; • Ensure the helpdesk system is operational at all times; 1. Building Refurbishment Maintenance; 2. Pest Control; 3. Fire Extinguishers; 4. Specialized Glass; 5. Specialized Stations Steel Structure Painting; 6. Specialized Lithium Floor Densifying Sealing; 7. Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to provide fire detection and suppression system, fire fighting equipment services at ATNS Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport (Port Elizabeth International Airport) and its site for a period of (5) five years. Scope of Work: • Fire detection and suppression systems and firefighting equipment routine checks and maintenance are to be done every three (3) months or as agreed with the ATNS management at the ATNS Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport and associated remote sites. • Yearly servicing of fire extinguishers, fire hoses and fire hydrants. • Conduct AD-HOC fire detection and suppression system, and firefighting equipment repairs as requested by management on a quotation basis, this includes callout and emergency responses. • Carry out any additional work over and above the scheduled maintenance services which ATNS may require to maintain the sites in a proper and safe working condition. This includes fire services work on all ATNS Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport and associated remote sites. • Attendance and reporting to the ATNS Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport and associated remote sites Management on a half-yearly basis for any significant findings identified during the service and maintenance activities. • Supply any parts or components that may be required for maintenance purposes during the period of this agreement (Market-related prices). • If uneconomical to maintain or repair, supply new fire detection and suppression systems, firefighting equipment to replace the failed units on critical equipment and buildings. • Commissioning of the new fire detection and suppression system or firefighting equipment unit and providing site acceptance test documents. • Recommend on required repairs after maintenance/inspections. • Provide a 12 Month maintenance and guarantee on all new installations.
