Information is hereby requested for the following: Civics digitisation project. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information with respect to the process of digitising DHA records, also aiming to reproduce the original records as faithfully as possible so that the digitised image can act in place of the original record where it is required to act as evidence of business transaction. Furthermore, to develop an electronic record filing system that resemble the manual record system the department uses current to draw records daily for the purpose of processing applications and resolving cases that requires original record.
