Proposals are hereby invited for the lease or purchase and development of the following municipal property: Property 1: Remainder of Erf 675, Colesberq (Purchase or lease): The size of the remainder of this property is available for alienation in approximately 10 ha extent blocks in extent. The sites can be used for inter alia a service station, tyre industry, truck stop, transport business, warehousing or other type of business. Direct access to the N1 and N9/10 is possible via newly built offramps which provide easy access to and from the property. It is ideally suited for large scale developers wanting to do multiple and or mixed-use business or industrial development.
